Julie jointly founded My3ltd with Louise in 2016. Julie has a strong nursing background in the Health and Social Care sector. Julie has specialised in providing care for Children and Young People with Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and associated challenges such as Sexual Exploitation for over 10 years. Julie plays a key role at My3 screening and managing the Referral process.

Operations Director & PBS Strategic Lead

Katherine joined My3ltd in 2021 with a strong operational background in the Health and Social Care Sector. As Operations Director, Katherine is responsible for the oversight & development of all Ofsted, CQC regulated services, HR & Therapeutic Services, Katherine is the PBS Strategic Lead for My3 and has throughout her career led and implemented Positive Behaviour Support strategies across Children, Young People and Adult services. She has experience of leading large projects for NHS Trust's, private and charity sectors with a focus on Quality Improvement improvement initiaitives. Katherine is passionate about mental health and wellbeing and has driven the staff pathway with a focus on workforce wellbeing.
