Louise founded My3ltd in 2016 with Julie Collins, with the aspiration of creating a bespoke model that provided specialist care for Children and Young People with ASD and associated needs. Louise has over 30 years experience within the sector with in-depth knowledge of social care. For the past 10 years Louise has led companies to provide nurtuting environments and effective care.

Julie jointly founded My3ltd with Louise in 2016. Julie has a strong nursing background in the Health and Social Care sector. Julie has specialised in providing care for Children and Young People with Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and associated challenges such as Sexual Exploitation for over 10 years. Julie plays a key role at My3 screening and managing the Referral process.

Katherine joined My3ltd in 2021 with a strong operational background in the Health and Social Care Sector. As Operations Director, Katherine is responsible for the oversight & development of all Ofsted, CQC regulated services, HR & Therapeutic Services, Katherine is the PBS Strategic Lead for My3 and has throughout her career led and implemented Positive Behaviour Support strategies across Children, Young People and Adult services. She has experience of leading large projects for NHS Trust's, private and charity sectors with a focus on Quality Improvement improvement initiaitives. Katherine is passionate about mental health and wellbeing and has driven the staff pathway with a focus on workforce wellbeing.

Over 15 years experience working in Learning Disability and Autism with 8 years as a qualified Occupational Therapist working in mental health, learning disability and Autism services across a range of settings. Member of the Royal College of Occupational Therapist, North West Sensory Integration Special Interest Group and Sensory Integration Network. Safeguarding level 4 trained.

• Completion of Module 1-3 of Sensory Integration Modular Pathway with option to continue in order to complete Master Degree in this field. 
• Achievement of Distinction in module 2/3 assignment focused on the assessment of Sensory Integration and linking theory to practice.

First Class degree achieved. 
 
Specialist training completed in: 
December 2017- Sensory Defensiveness; A Comprehensive Treatment Approach- Willbarger Deep Pressure and Proprioceptive Protocol.  
March 2017- Interventions for Autism and Is it sensory or is it behaviour? 
July 2016: SPEL and Trainer Training with National Autistic Society. Course focused on how to deliver training and supporting staff working with people who have Autism.
